Return Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Due to the custom and fabricated nature of our products, all returns are subject to the following terms and conditions.

By purchasing from us, customer agrees to this Return Policy in full.


1. Custom Fabricated Products

All custom-built, fabricated, modified, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes products that are:

  • Built to customer specifications
  • Modified after ordering
  • Special-order items
  • Custom welded or fabricated components
  • Powder coated, painted, or finished-to-order products

Once fabrication or production has begun, all sales are final.


2. Standard Item Returns

Approved returns on non-custom items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


3. Return Authorization Required

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Customer must contact us before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at customer expense.


4. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Shipping charges
  • Processing fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom fabricated products
  • Electrical components
  • Used or installed parts
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Powder coated or painted items
  • Modified products
  • Special-order items
  • Customer-supplied parts
  • Products damaged after delivery

6. Shipping Damage

All shipping damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Customer is responsible for:

  • Inspecting shipments upon arrival
  • Noting damage on delivery paperwork
  • Taking photos of packaging and damaged items

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may void freight claims.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled before fabrication or shipment may be subject to:

  • Material charges
  • Processing fees
  • Design time charges

Orders cannot be canceled once fabrication or production has begun.

Deposits are non-refundable.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued only after:

  • Returned items are received
  • Inspection is completed
  • Return is approved

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider.


9. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.

Additional shipping and price differences may apply.


10. Fitment Responsibility

Customer is responsible for verifying:

  • Vehicle compatibility
  • Measurements
  • Specifications
  • Intended use

before ordering.

Returns due to incorrect ordering or fitment issues may be denied or subject to fees.


11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Labor costs
  • Installation/removal costs
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Rental expenses
  • Towing fees
  • Loss of use
  • Consequential damages

related to returned or defective products.


12. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion.


13. Acceptance

By placing an order, customer acknowledges and accepts this Return Policy in full.
