Terms & Conditions
By purchasing products or services from our company, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny warranty claims at our sole discretion.
All products, pricing, specifications, lead times, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Custom Fabrication & Off-Road Use
Many of our products are:
- Custom fabricated
- Modified
- Performance-oriented
- Intended for off-road use only
Customer understands that vehicle modifications may affect:
- Vehicle handling
- Safety
- Ride quality
- Manufacturer warranties
- Emissions compliance
- Road legality
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compliance with local, state, and federal laws before installation or use.
3. Off-Road Use Only Disclaimer
Products labeled “Off-Road Use Only” are not intended for use on public highways unless specifically stated otherwise.
Customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with installation and use of modified or fabricated components.
4. Assumption of Risk
Customer acknowledges that fabrication, vehicle modification, suspension modification, off-road driving, towing, racing, and performance applications involve inherent risks.
By purchasing or using our products, customer voluntarily assumes all risks including:
- Property damage
- Vehicle damage
- Mechanical failure
- Personal injury
- Death
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of use
- Lost profits
- Labor costs
- Installation/removal costs
- Vehicle downtime
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- DEATH
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product or service provided.
6. No Warranty on Misuse or Competition Use
No warranty is provided for products subjected to:
- Abuse
- Misuse
- Neglect
- Improper installation
- Racing
- Competition use
- Overloading
- Accidents
- Alteration or modification after sale
Improper installation voids all warranties.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for:
- Verifying fitment before purchase
- Ensuring proper installation
- Using qualified installers when necessary
- Routine inspection and maintenance
- Safe operation of the vehicle and products
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation or use.
8. Fabrication Variations
Due to the handmade and fabricated nature of our products:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur
- Dimensions may vary slightly
- Weld appearance may vary
- Finish variations may occur
These are normal characteristics of custom fabrication and do not constitute defects.
9. Lead Times & Delays
Estimated production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Supply chain issues
- Material shortages
- Freight carriers
- Vendor delays
- Labor shortages
- Weather
- Events beyond our control
10. Deposits & Payments
Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once materials are purchased or fabrication has begun.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Project delays
- Storage fees
- Cancellation of the order
Unpaid balances may be subject to collections and legal fees.
11. Returns & Cancellations
Custom fabricated products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns on approved standard items may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Return shipping costs
- Inspection approval
Used, installed, modified, damaged, or special-order items are not eligible for return.
12. Shipping & Freight
All shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Freight Policy.
Customer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting freight damage immediately.
13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customer agrees to contact us directly to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks or payment reversals.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Collections action
- Legal action
- Recovery of attorney fees
- Recovery of administrative costs
14. Intellectual Property
All designs, fabrication methods, product names, logos, photos, and content remain our property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
15. Installation & Mechanical Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Alignment issues
- Tire wear
- Suspension geometry changes
- Vibration
- Noise
- Driveline wear
- Compatibility with aftermarket parts
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
16. Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company, owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:
- Product use
- Installation
- Vehicle modifications
- Negligence by customer or installer
- Off-road or competition use
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within that state.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing products or services from us, customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Installation Policy
Installation Terms & Conditions
By authorizing installation work, customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Vehicle Condition
Customer confirms the vehicle is in safe operating condition prior to service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing:
- Mechanical problems
- Electrical issues
- Rust or corrosion damage
- Broken hardware
- Previous poor workmanship
- Hidden damage
Additional repairs required during installation will result in additional charges.
2. Labor & Fabrication Charges
All labor charges are based on estimated shop time. Actual labor time may vary due to:
- Rusted or seized hardware
- Previous modifications
- Broken bolts
- Fitment issues
- Wiring complications
- Hidden damage
Additional labor required beyond the original estimate will be billed accordingly.
3. Custom Fabrication Adjustments
Custom fabrication often requires:
- Trimming
- Grinding
- Welding
- Drilling
- Cutting
- Modification of factory components
Customer acknowledges permanent modifications may be required during installation.
4. No Guarantee on Ride Quality or Performance
Modified vehicles may experience:
- Increased noise
- Vibration
- Harshness
- Alignment changes
- Tire wear
- Reduced ride comfort
We do not guarantee ride quality, drivability, or compatibility with other aftermarket parts.
5. Alignment & Re-Torque Responsibility
Customer is responsible for:
- Alignment after suspension or steering modifications
- Re-torque inspections after initial use
- Routine maintenance and inspection
Failure to perform required maintenance may result in component failure.
6. Customer-Supplied Parts
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect parts
- Defective parts
- Missing hardware
- Delays caused by customer parts
- Additional labor caused by poor fitment
Additional labor charges may apply.
7. Test Driving
Vehicles may be test driven as necessary for:
- Diagnostics
- Calibration
- Verification of repairs
- Alignment checks
8. Storage Fees
Vehicles left over 7 days after completion may be subject to daily storage fees unless prior arrangements are made.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Vehicle downtime
- Loss of use
- Towing charges
- Rental expenses
- Lost income
- Consequential damages
10. Acceptance
By approving work, customer agrees to all installation terms and conditions.
Fabrication Estimate Terms
Fabrication Estimate Terms & Conditions
All estimates provided are subject to the following terms:
1. Estimates Are Approximate
Fabrication estimates are based on projected labor, materials, and shop time.
Actual final cost may vary due to:
- Design changes
- Material price fluctuations
- Hidden issues
- Additional labor
- Customer-requested modifications
2. Custom Work
All fabrication work is custom in nature and may require adjustments during the build process.
Customer acknowledges final products may vary slightly from:
- Drawings
- Photos
- Renderings
- Verbal descriptions
3. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once:
- Materials are ordered
- Design work begins
- Fabrication has started
4. Change Orders
Any customer-requested changes after approval may result in:
- Additional labor charges
- Material charges
- Delays in completion
Verbal approvals may be treated as authorization to proceed.
5. Material Pricing
Steel, aluminum, hardware, coatings, and freight pricing are subject to market fluctuations.
Quoted pricing may change if material costs increase before fabrication begins.
6. Lead Times
Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Material shortages
- Supplier delays
- Equipment failure
- Shop workload
- Design revisions
7. Storage & Abandoned Projects
Completed projects not picked up within 14 days may incur storage fees.
Projects abandoned for extended periods may become subject to mechanic’s lien procedures where permitted by law.
8. Cancellation
Custom fabrication orders may not be canceled once production begins.
Customer is responsible for labor and material costs incurred up to cancellation date.
9. Ownership of Designs
All shop-built designs, jigs, fixtures, CAD files, and fabrication methods remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Acceptance
Approval of an estimate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Customer-Supplied Parts Policy
Customer-Supplied Parts Terms
We allow customer-supplied parts under the following conditions:
1. No Warranty
We provide no warranty, guarantee, or liability coverage on customer-supplied parts.
Any manufacturer warranty must be handled directly through the original supplier.
2. Fitment Responsibility
Customer is solely responsible for verifying:
- Correct fitment
- Compatibility
- Completeness
- Quality of supplied parts
We are not responsible for incorrect or incompatible parts.
3. Additional Labor Charges
Additional labor charges may apply for:
- Poor fitting parts
- Missing hardware
- Defective components
- Modifications required for installation
- Repeat labor caused by failed customer parts
4. Used or Modified Parts
Used, damaged, modified, or secondhand parts are installed at customer’s risk.
We reserve the right to refuse installation of unsafe or low-quality components.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect parts
- Shipping issues
- Missing components
- Warranty replacements
Additional shop time may be billed accordingly.
6. Removal & Reinstallation Costs
If a customer-supplied part fails, all labor associated with:
- Diagnosis
- Removal
- Replacement
- Reinstallation
will be billed to the customer.
7. Damage Liability
We are not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Defective customer-supplied parts
- Improperly manufactured components
- Part failure after installation
8. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse installation of any customer-supplied parts at our discretion.
9. Acceptance
Providing customer-supplied parts for installation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
