Shipping & Freight Policy
Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of our fabricated products, all shipments are subject to the following terms and conditions.
By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to this Shipping & Freight Policy in full.

Orders may ship via:
- LTL freight carriers

- Dedicated freight services
- Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- Local delivery services
Shipping method is determined solely by our company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Estimated Lead Times
All shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for:
- Delayed deliveries
- Missed appointments
- Project downtime
- Labor costs
- Rental costs
- Consequential damages caused by shipping delays
3. Freight Damage Responsibility
Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.
IMPORTANT:
Before signing the delivery receipt/BOL, the customer must:
- Inspect all packaging and products thoroughly
- Note any visible damage, shortages, or pallet issues on the carrier paperwork
- Take clear photographs before unloading if damage is visible
Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may void any freight claim.
4. Concealed Damage
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery:
- Customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- All original packaging must be retained
- Photos of damage and packaging must be provided
Claims reported after 24 hours may be denied by the freight carrier and are not guaranteed to be covered by us.
5. Freight Claims
Freight claims are ultimately the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may assist with filing claims as a courtesy, but:
- We do not guarantee claim approval
- We are not responsible for carrier denials
- We are not liable for transit-related damages caused by third-party carriers
Replacement parts or remanufacturing due to shipping damage may require additional charges if the claim is denied.
